Rally Sign-up Hints

BAC prides itself on making new members feel welcome.  We would love to meet you, so come on out and join the fun. Many of our rallies fill up quickly. It is a good idea to check the Beaver Tales or the BAC web site early and sign up for the rallies you would like to attend. The Beaver Tales should arrive at your home the first week of March, June, September and December and is available online at about the same time.  Even if a rally is full, get on the waiting list. Most rallies have dropouts and many wait list people get to attend.

There are several different types of rallies from which to choose.

Regional Rallies

The nationwide BAC membership is divided into five regions. Volunteer rally masters organize Regional Rallies throughout the country. These rallies highlight the best features of the areas – tourist attractions, local restaurants, festivals, entertainment, factory tours and the like. Regional rallies are generally small (5 to 25 coaches) and are a good

way to have fun getting to know club members in a relaxing environment while learning more about BAC and your coach.

International Rallies (Lead-in)

If you are looking for a larger rally with member service seminars, suppliers to answer questions, and do some service on the equipment in your coach, and seminars to help you learn about RVing, then the International Lead-in Rallies are for you. There are two a year, right before the FMCA Conventions.

International Lead-in Rallies precede Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) Conventions and often have one to two hundred coaches participating. BAC is an FMCA chapter. FMCA holds two Conventions each year, usually one in the East and one in the West. Dealers bring display coaches for your perusal. These rallies also have open bars and great entertainment. Lead-in rallies are where the BAC Board meets to conduct club business.

Factory Rallies

BAC is an independent club rather than a factory club. Factory rallies are put on by Monaco RV for all their brands. Like Int. Lead-ins, these are large rallies with all of the associated benefits – great food, open bar, entertainment, RV supplies and seminars. As with Lead-ins, display coaches are available to show all the newest features in the Beaver line.

Branson Scamper Rolling Rally

Rolling Rallies

Try a Rolling Rally, they make traveling fun and easy. Your Rally Master will do all the planning, arrange for all your RV parks and find the best places to eat and visit along the way. They will also make sure that you have some traveling companions so you are not alone during your drive.  These rallies travel from place to place, often taking participants to a Lead-in or Homecoming Family Roundup Rally. Sometimes the rally may just travel to a particular area. Past BAC rolling rallies include Alaska and Copper Canyon, Mexico, as well as numerous cross country trips.
